Inter-Mt. made the panels I designed for Monarch Mountain in 2011. They look great!
Fabrication includes includes makeing the panels,
frames, most hardware, and the shipment. This cost can vary due to the number of panels, printing set up fees and crating for shipping.
I recently asked Inter-Mtn for an update on fabrication and shipping costs. Below are the costs that Natelie emailed to me. Please contact with Inter-Mtn to verify costs and other details they may need to get your signs in production. When ready, I can send duplicates of the files you order directly to Inter-Mtn if you like.
Fabrication Management Service: I'll be happy to handle getting the signs made for you. My service charge is $250 in addition to Inter Mt.'s fabriction costs for your order.

Hi Zack,
I remember making the signs last year so here’s the breakdown for cost of 18x24 signs and shipping.
Our standard printing price for an 18x24 sign is:
Quantity 1 – 4: $85 each
Quantity 5 – 9: $75 each
Quantity 10 – 19: $65 each
Quantity 20 – 39: $60 each
Quantity 40+: $55 each
These are 18x24 aluminum signs with radius corners and pre-drilled holes. Prices are based on ready-to-print artwork with crop marks.
Regarding shipping, we have an account with Purolator and we get special pricing but here’s the formula to figure out the weight (length x width /144 x1.2 = weight in lbs) so an 18x24 weighs 3.6lbs.
As for the tower frames, the prices remain the same as last year. Each frame weighs 8lbs. A metal band is just a regular metal band that would hold the frame onto the tower.
Quantity 1 – 19: $121 each
Quantity 20 – 39: $79 each
Quantity 40 – 99: $69 each
Quantity 100+: $63 each.
